The top three levels of the service – NetFusion Progress, NetFusion Premium and NetFusion Premium on Site – guarantee the availability on a 24 hours basis, 7 days a week. The NetFusion Select on Site and NetFusion Premium on Site levels include the engineer’s support directly on the site where the device is installed.
